Disclosure of Information on the Changes to Composition Members of the Audit Committee 2025

Bahwa berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Dewan Komisaris No. 012/SIK/CS/VI/2025  tentang Perubahan Komite Audit PT Sumi Indo Kabel Tbk ("Perseroan") tertanggal 4 Juni 2025, Dewan Komisaris telah menyetujui pengunduran diri Ibu Warga Sari Utamy Teddy dari jabatannya sebagai anggota Komite Audit Perseroan berdasarkan surat pengunduran diri yang disampaikan kepada Perseroan pada tanggal 3 Juni 2025 serta mengangkat Ibu Sherren Anggundya sebagai anggota Komite Audit Perseroan.

Dengan demikian, terhitung mulai tanggal 4 Juni 2025 susunan Komite Audit Perseroan yang sebelumnya:

Ketua             : Cahyadi Wijaya

Anggota        : Warga Sari Utamy Teddy

Anggota        : Ferdy Christianto

Menjadi:

Ketua             : Cahyadi Wijaya

Anggota        : Sherren Anggundya

Anggota        : Ferdy Christianto

 Bahwa susunan baru anggota Komite Audit tersebut berlaku efektif sejak 4 Juni 2025 sampai dengan berakhirnya masa jabatan Dewan Komisaris yang saat ini menjabat.

 That  based  on the  Decree of  the  Board of Commissioners        No.         012/SIK/CS/VI/2025 on the Change of Audit Committee of PT Sumi Indo Kabel Tbk ("Company") dated 4 Juni 2025, the Board of Commissioners has approved the resignation of Mrs. Warga Sari Utamy Teddy from her position as a member of the Audit Committee of the Company based on the resignation letter submitted to the Company on 3 June 2025 and appointed Mr. Sherren Anggundya as a member of the Audit Committee of the Company.

 Thus, starting from 4 June 2025, the previous composition of the Company's Audit Committee:

Member        : Warga Sari Utamy Teddy

Member        : Ferdy Christianto

Became:

Chairman      : Cahyadi Wijaya

Member        : Sherren Anggundya

Member        : Ferdy Christianto

 That the new composition of the Audit Committee is effective from 4 June 2025 until the end of the term of office of the current Board of Commissioners.
